Manifestations of Vertraag have appeared to several important people in the history of our world, as well as to some Monster Keepers of particular renown. Vertraag is said to be a deity who's always scheming and working to fulfill some millennia-spanning plan, no mere mortal possibly being able to discern his end goals.
Vertraag is the name of a powerful god of time, although the Vertraag that some Monster Keepers claim to have encountered was perhaps just an avatar of Vertraag that has manifested in our world for unknown reasons. He appeared within Monster Sanctuary, while Mogwai appeared within Siralim Ultimate. Vertraag is one half of a crossover with the Siralim series.
